Undertake the project from a POC stage and lead the development of the platform to production which is based on OpenCart MVC Architecture on the LAMP stack.
Process related Android Apps were developed for tracking – end users, and Dialer app – for dialing phone numbers from the web thereby improving operations and delivery experience for both the end-user and the vendors.
Managing development efforts of both internal and external teams.
Mentor and coordinate with in-house Web Developer and outsourced Vendors for UI development of the project.
